Riddhi Shah is a Chartered Accountant with over four years of post-qualification experience spanning internal audits, CFO advisory services, and tax & financial consulting. Her career is defined by a sharp business acumen developed through hands-on process reviews and operational analysis — enabling her to deliver meaningful, value-driven insights to businesses across diverse sectors.
Riddhi brings a rare blend of technical rigour and strategic thinking, helping organisations strengthen their internal frameworks while staying aligned with their financial goals.
In addition to her consulting practice, Riddhi serves as a Financial Consultant at Aarkays Consultancy, a family-owned wealth management firm, where she curates and manages tailored investment portfolios designed around each client's unique financial objectives and risk profile.
Her well-rounded expertise, paired with strong interpersonal skills and clear communication, allows her to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders alike — making her an asset to every organisation she works with.
About Nikhil Bhanushali
Nikhil is a finance professional with nearly a decade of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Audit, CFO Services, and Financial Advisory. He possesses strong expertise in Internal Audit and Risk Management, with close to 6 years of experience in strengthening internal audit, internal financial controls, designing SOPs, enhancing compliance frameworks, and improving process efficiency across diverse industries including Infrastructure, Logistics, Retail, Education, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.
During his tenure with Grant Thornton and BDO, he had the opportunity to work with Indian listed companies having international presence across Spain, Italy, the USA, African countries, and Pakistan.
He is passionate about helping businesses build financially disciplined, scalable, and growth-oriented organizations through strategic financial, risk, and compliance advisory solutions.
About Kanika Tapadiya
Kanika began her professional journey in February 2020. Prior to this, she was with M/s Prakash Jhunjhunwala & Co, independently handling tax and audit clients (Feb '19 to Feb '20).
Before that, she served as Assistant Manager in the Internal Audit department at M/s Suresh Surana & Associates (RSM India), handling internal audits of IRB InvIT Fund and Aditya Birla Retail Limited (Aug '17 to Feb '19).
Earlier in her career, she was an Article Assistant with M/s Shyam Malpani & Associates (Aug '13 to Dec '16), working with prominent clients including Reliance Infrastructure Limited (Road Division), Deserve Builders & Developers, Croma, TCPL Packaging Limited, and Reliance Entertainment Limited.
